Albert joined Unique Designs Inc., as a sales associate when the company was in its initial years when he had little knowledge or experience in the diamond and jewelry industry. He was unsure of his career path, but he had a passion for learning and a willingness to take on challenges. Over the years, he developed exceptional sales skills and a keen eye for quality and design. He has built strong relationships with clients and earned their trust and loyalty. He has also demonstrated leadership and innovation, initiating and leading several projects to improve the company’s operations, marketing, and customer service. Today, he is risen to be the CEO of Unique Designs Inc., and be responsible for the company’s growth and success. He attributes his achievements to his mentors, colleagues, and customers, who have taught him valuable lessons and inspired him to excel. He is completely committed to maintaining the company’s reputation as a leader in the diamond and jewelry market.

Ateet joined the company in 2020 as a President for the newly acquired legacy brand “Mercury Ring” . He quickly took over the complete reins of the business, leading and steering it from day one to its current stature. Mercury Ring is currently the largest lab-grown diamond and jewelry provider to independent retailers in North America and Canada and under his leadership backed with an amazing team, Mercury Ring has won two prestigious awards for being the fastest growing company in RJO and IJO Buying Groups.
As a President in the luxury goods and jewelry industry, he has proven expertise in Sales, Jewelry, Diamonds, Product Development, and Fashion. He has a strong track record of business development and a MBA degree with a focus on Finance & Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Harold Jabarian
Harold is the visionary CEO of China Pearl who has been a pivotal figure in the global pearl industry. His journey began in 1980 when he was tasked with opening and managing a processing factory in Hong Kong. The pearls manufactured there were exported back to the Japanese head office.
In 1983, Harold launched China Pearl, building his own manufacturing factory in Hong Kong. Initially, the company sold only to exporters, but soon realized the financial and competitive advantages of exporting directly worldwide. This strategic shift propelled China Pearl to become one of the largest manufacturers and exporters in the Hong Kong Pearl Industry.
Under Harold’s leadership, China Pearl achieved impressive milestones. In 1985, the company made its debut at the Hong Kong Jewelry Convention, gaining customers from New York, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and beyond. A decade later, in 1995, the company relocated its headquarters from Hong Kong to Los Angeles, CA.
By 1997, thanks to its competitive pricing and quality, China Pearl was opening doors with all major retailers in the United States. Harold’s longstanding relationships with leading pearl farmers enabled China Pearl to gather the entire crop from each pearl harvest, year after year. This unique supply chain allows China Pearl to offer its clients the largest variety of pearl qualities, colors, shapes, and sizes in the industry, all at an unmatched price.
Harold’s strategic vision and relentless pursuit of excellence have been instrumental in shaping China Pearl’s success story and Unique Designs Inc., is proud to have him in our leadership team.

Kathy is the Vice President of Production at our company and a valued member of our team. She has been in this role for the last two years out of the six years with our company. She is currently overseeing the design, quality, and delivery of various jewelry products. Kathy has a passion for creating beautiful and innovative pieces that reflect the latest trends and customer preferences. She also has a strong background in sourcing , QC and project management, which helps her optimize the production process and ensure high standards of excellence.
Deepak Rao is the Chief Financial Officer at Unique Designs, Inc. He joined the company in October 2014. Deepak manages the company’s finances and leads day-to-day operations in the accounting and finance department. Deepak has worked in the diamond and jewelry industry for over 25 years. Deepak has worked with various multinational companies and has partnered in companies’ growth from top to bottom line by providing solutions and improvements in areas of supply chain, sales, financing, accounting policies and procedures, expenses management, inventory management, ERP solutions, legal compliance, asset protection, risk management. He has led several mergers and acquisitions during his career.Deepak holds an MBA degree from MG University, India.
Meet Ken, our Vice President of Human Resources and Facility Management. Ken has more than 39 years of experience in various executive roles, such as COO and VP of Operations within the Diamond Jewelry Industry. He is an expert in managing global production, logistics, inventory processes and fiduciary systems analysis. He leads company initiatives with clear planning and effective communication. He values listening and collaboration as key factors for success.
Ken has a proven record of delivering high performance and results, meeting time goals on large projects, and improving processes.
Ken excels at building and maintaining strong relationships with both coworkers as well as Company Leadership. He holds himself accountable for his actions and outcomes. He is adept at identifying and resolving critical issues to keep our organization productive and efficient. He is always ready to adapt to changing needs and create solutions for both short-term and long-term challenges.
Mr. Prakash Dholiya is the Chief Technology Officer of our company. He has been with us since the very beginning, and has played a vital role in every aspect of our business. From managing the accounting department, to overseeing the IT infrastructure, to leading the innovation and development of our products and services, he has done it all. He has a wealth of experience and expertise in various domains, and is always eager to learn new skills and technologies. He is a visionary leader, a problem-solver, and a mentor to many of our employees. We are proud to have him as part of our team.

As a seasoned diamond buyer, Sandeep possesses an intimate understanding of diamonds. His business acumen, combined with a deep knowledge of well-run operations, ensures that every piece he oversees is a masterpiece. Whether it’s a dazzling solitaire or an intricate necklace, his expertise ensures perfection.

We are well-equipped with a full-scale manufacturing and warehousing facility supported by a 3rd party independent gemological laboratory on premise, that ships over 6 million packages annually.
Our in-house jewelry factory takes manufacturing to the next level, with the ability to cast and create custom pieces in 3 business days.
